Public Holidays are not available in the calendar in case of Elapsed Schedule.

When we try to see the work schedule calendar for the employee having elapsed leave, the public holidays configured are not available. For your reference, I've attached the calendar, work shift, work pattern, work schedule & calendar event. Please note we have used the organization hierarchy for configuring the public holiday.
