Summary:

Why Oracle have different Approval Hierarchy names for NIR and Change order?

Content (required):

Hey,

We are facing issues relating to the approval name of the Item change order request and the New Item request. The issue is that in the new item request, the system is showing us the user name ID of the approval, whereas in the item change order, the system is showing us the approval's first and last name.

Kindly guide us why the system has this two-type of behavior, i.e. in a new item request, it shows us the Username and In change order, it shows us the first and last name

Howdy, Stranger!
