unique values in EDM table

Currently we don't have any control with the values that what users entering into the node properties. EDMCS allowing duplications.

We need some setup to stop users from entering the duplicated values in each of the property in the given node type. Unique constraints not allowing for derived values, also it's restricted only to 4 properties with the entire application.
