Excel SmartView login popup (After OCI2 Migration)

Hello experts, after oci 2 migration done this 2023 I have checked that when users try to input login via smartview always appear a popup during they are typing user/pass and if they accept this popup, next time than try to connect appears again and it's a bit disgusting.

This is the screenshot that I'm talking about:

Any help to get this popup disappear?
