Family and Emergency Contact - Communication & Address section

Summary:

For our HR, employee and contingent worker roles we can see the Communication and Address section when adding a contact, however for our custom role we cannot see these sections, is this custom role missing privileges in order to add this detail for a contact ?

For the action 'Family and Emergency Contacts' we have 1 Design Rule for 'All Roles'.
