Summary: What is the epmautomate "downloadFile" syntax to download a file in the Narrative Reporting library path to a local machine?

Content (required): Hello. I have run a bursting definition via epmautomate that creates a file in this location:

"library/Office Report Books/ABD_Offc_Burst_to_File.pdf"

What is the syntax to download this file to my local machine? The epmautomate documentation says that the command "downloadFile" should work for Narrative reporting but I can't get it. I didn't see a specific example for Narrative reporting in the documentation.
