Position security profile is not working based on AOR

In my current requirement, I have a custom role, in which I have used Position Security Profile in data roles and security profiles and my position security profile is secured by AOR with scope set to department hierarchy.

Current Scenario: My user has this custom role and it has AOR assigned and set to couple of departments. When I am logging as this user and raise requisition based on position, user can see all the positions.

Kindly help.
