Restrict Termination action when resignation is pending for approval
Summary:
Voluntary resignation and involuntary termination should be kept exclusive actions. HR should not be able to initiate a termination while the employee has initiated resignation process and its pending with approvers to approve. This behavior should be managed by users.
Please let us know the exact business reason for allowing both the actions all the time simultaneously.
