How can we package Articulate Rise SCORM pre-assessment for completion to record in OLC?

Summary:

We have a lot of content (assessments) developed in Articulate Rise and we use them for pre-assessments where a mastery score is applied but we require the LMS to see the content as complete regardless of a pass or fail result.

Content (required):

Oracle Support has helped us with the publish settings in Storyline and we can now get the expected behaviour using that tool, but the packages are much larger and our preference in a low bandwidth setup is to use Rise which produces lighter content. We cannot find a way to publish the content in Rise such that OLC can recognise the content as complete despite the pass or fail.
