Unable to add attributes for Gibraltar legislation in the Person Details Demographic Info Section

Summary:

We are trying to enable set of attributes in the Person Details Demographical Info section specific to Gibraltar legislation, but when try to select Gibraltar there is no Context Value ‘GI’ in the DFF attribute list to manage the attributes specific to the Gibraltar through Page Composer, whereas while adding the Demographical Info, under country field, we can see the Gibraltar in the list. We now need Gibraltar legislation in the DFF context value 'GI' like other legislations to manage the attributes.
