KPIs for Duplicate Resolution

I have a question regarding duplicate resolution and CDM. We would like to start measuring KPIs in relation to merges, for example the number of merges that are requested, the number that are completed etc. I have had a read through the documentation on CDM and tried to find a way to export the data on merge requests, checked in Set Up and Maintenance but I am unable to find anything.

Is it at all possible for this to be done?
