How can we customize values on search and select pop up windows?

Hi Community,

We have created an extensible flexfield (returning values of Name from Positions table HR_ALL_POSITIONS) and we would like the searchbox not only to be able to search by value, but also to allow the end user to search and filter by other fields on the table such as Code, Department, Business Unit.

How can we edit the Search and Select windows?
