Checklist Template Security does not work to custom roles

Checklist Template Security does not work to custom roles

Content (required):

Why it is impossible to restrict/limit custom roles to access to view/assign checklist ?

I enabled data security for Checklist, but the user who does not have the roles that are in Security tab can see the checklist.

The user's roles have been copied by Custom roles that user configured in Security.

 

Expected result :

only users that is allocated by roles can view/assign/manage/delete the template.

And the users that does not have the roles, cannot view/manage/delete the template.
