Customize seeded error messages specific to Absence Type

Hi,

For PTO we have -ve bal enabled but not for other Absences. So when employee already consumes -40hrs, we get a error saying something similar to "do not have sufficient balance". Here we need to have error message to be "you have already reached a -ve limit of 40hrs" applicable only for PTO and for others existing error message is fine.

Is it possible to achieve without FF?
