Two Active Enrollment for single Absence Accrual Plan
This is regarding Absence Accrual Plan Enrollment.
I came across an issue where one Employee is enrolled in SINGLE Accrual Absence plan twice (Both Active), however with 2 different ‘Enrollment Start Dates’, same Assignment (Single assignment).
Under Plan Participation >> Plan Balances section, I can see 2 rows for same Absence Plan as mentioned above.
What could be the reason/issue. Any pointers will be appreciated.
