GOP to default source inventory organization in SO not working when using Region

Summary:

I have created a zone which include Nordic countries.

I have created a global sourcing rule to ship goods from Global Warehouse in Sweden

I have created a global sourcing rule to ship goods from local warehouse in Belgium

In the Assignment set I enter a line having assignment level "Region" for Nordic countries Region to ship from Global warehouse in Sweden. That is working ok. See screenshot.

But when I create in assignment set a line with assignment level "Item and Region" for Region Belgium for specific item it does not work. I create a Sales Order for a customer having a ship to country "Belgium" and this specific item and orchestration fails as it cannot find source warehouse.
