How do I add additional filters on the careers site

Summary:

We would like to know how to add more filters on the careers site. If we wanted to add filters like Part-time / Full-time, Reg / Temp, etc., all values that are delivered values in HCM, how would we do that? Do we have to got he DFF or EFF route?
