We are receiving error "The Supplier is Invalid OKC-195564" when trying to close a contract for an inactive supplier.

We have been able to close contacts for other inactive suppliers and I have compared the supplier set up but don't see a difference that stands out. Has anyone experienced this issue? How can we close the contracts for this supplier?
