Role based access to Welcome screen Group (TAB)

Hi Everyone,

I have created a new Tab on the welcome screen (Group) which has deeplinks to some of the reports. Can i restrict the access to this Tab only to the LIne managers. For eg, this Tab should not appear to a normal employee. But when someone with LIne Manager access logs in, they should see this tab.
