How can I drive maintenance costs from my maintenance Org to a corporate headquarters

Summary:

I need to be able to perform maintenance activities at the Corporate Headquarters which is not set up as an Org in the system. I can set the assets up in my maintenance org with an internal location that represents the Corp HQ, but need to somehow drive the costs associated with the Maintenance Repairs to a different account then my normal Inventory Org Repair Costs. What would be the best way to approach this?
