Any Suggestion How to Customize Oracle Fusion List of Menu?

Hi

We have some requirement to customize Oracle Fusion List of Menu. For example:

  1. I want user A only can view item quantities and create ASN
  2. I want user B only can view item quantities and create PO receipt (no expense)
  3. I want user C only can create and edit shipment (outbound)

We have to add privilege to custom role. But we have problem to find what privileges I must add related to requirement above. Because some of name of privilage and Oracle Fusion Menu are different. Do you have any suggestion what I must to do? Or maybe do you have mapping of Oracle Fusion Menu and its privileges (maybe 1 Fusion Menu have more than 1 privilege) in excel format? We also feel hard to find the privilege in the PDF of doc above (I just want to search (let say) "receive" in privilege column, but when I search it
