How to Re-Route Job offer approval workflow to temporary member instead of using Vacation rules

Summary:

We have a request to direct just the Job Offer approvals to a different member of staff on a temporary basis. Typically we use vacation rules but these would result in all transactions being re-routed. Please advise if there is an alternate mechanism to re-route Job Offer approvals for one month on an automated basis.
