How to see recommended careers in career and Development?

Hi All,

I am configuring career development and need some quick clarifications.

When employee clicks on Explorer Careers button it is supposed to show a section called Recommended Careers Based on Profile Data as shown in the image below, however, this section is not appearing for me. Is there any additional setup required for this?

Through the best fit analysis I have checked there are couple of job profile which are 100% fit for this employee but still no recommendations are shown.

I have gone through oracle document, which says that we need to enable our talent profile to view relevant recommendations. Does anyone have any idea how to enable that?
