Learning Record Status showing in UI as "No Active Offering" even though it is loaded as "Active"

Summary:

Hi All,

I am loading one LearningRecord by using LearningRecord.dat file. In the file I am loading 'LearningRecordStatus' field data as "ORA_ASSN_REC_ACTIVE", but in the UI it is showing as "No Active Offering".

How can I get status as "ACTIVE'. Could you please help me with the same?
