If a Service user is running a report and has to initialize the report based on a particular user(Say PERSON_USER) and then fetch the report data as per that user(PERSON_USER), how can this be achieved in Oracle cloud BIP reports.

In Oracle EBS, there was a way to initialize session based on a particular user - FND_GLOBAL.APPS_INITIALIZE
