Will there be an Opt-Out option for Activity Sequencing in 24B

The 23D Release Notes currently state that "By Update 24B activity sequencing and the Redwood learning self-service pages must be enabled."

Will customers be required to enable Activity Sequencing prior to the 24B update being applied (needs to be enabled while still on 24A) or will there be an option to Opt-Out?
