Length of Service on Employment Info screen is not being updated.
On the Employment Info screen under the Seniority Dates section, the Length of Service is not updated automatically everyday for employees who do not have change in employment data, even if the process of Calculate Seniority Dates is run according to schedule.
Based on this document : Fusion Global HCM: Calculate Seniority Dates Process - 'Seniority dates were last calculated on' ( Doc ID 2608085.1 )
The Length of Service displayed onscreen under the Seniority Dates section is currently working in accordance with Oracle's standard functionality. Consequently, unless there is a change in employment data or the seniority date is recalculated manually, the employee's Length of Service will not be updated onscreen.
