Issue: If you are a department head reporting to another department head, in the case of "ABC" reports to "XYZ", and your subordinate enters a requisition, it is requiring the manager to approve the requisition at the “manager level” 2 times i.e., stage1(manager level) and at stage 3 (department head level).

 

Request: Make it so department heads do NOT have to approve at the manager level but need to approve at the department head level.
