How to continue Future-Dated Qualification Absences after Termination
Summary: We have a requirement to continue the applied future-dated absences after Termination of Qualification Plans. Please have a look at the current scenario below :- LTD Absences has been submitted from 8/1/23 to 12/1/2023
- Employee Termination Date is 9/4/2023. The Absence End Date is getting re-calculated till the Termination Date, i.e., from 8/1/23 to 9/4/2023.We tried using an end-dated formula to reflect a future date, but it is not working as intended. We have also tried to test on the element level to give the following :
- Last Earning Date - Final Close
- Payment After Termination is Enabled
