HWM Array Formula Pull Work Pattern Shift using DBIs

Summary:

For any 'Array' Time Calculation Rule formula in OTL, we cannot pull the values for the below DBIs. We are successful in retrieving these DBI values in the 'normal formula' but not in suffixed _AP formula:

HWM_PUB_SCHD_START_TIME

HWM_PUB_SCHD_STOP_TIME

HWM_DTL_SCHD_ALL_SCHEDULED_DURATION

The behaviour in the Array formula with these DBIs is that it seems to ignore the defaults:

Error msg - Database item HWM_PUB_SCHD_START_TIME must have a DEFAULT statement.

Default attempted to set as below:

DEFAULT FOR HWM_PUB_SCHD_START_TIME is  EMPTY_DATE_NUMBER
