Email Notifications - How to Control in a Test Pod

Following 23C upgrade we are getting an error in the body of following Emails:

FYI: Document (Purchase Order) XXXXXXXX (Requisition XXXXXX) Implemented

FYI: Document (Requester Change Order) XXXXXXX (Requisition XXXXXX) Changed

FYI: Document (Buyer Change Order) XXXXXXX Changed

The error is - You dont have access to party records. Contact your administrator to enable access.

Oracle SR is suggesting a Privilege issue and we want to test a Role+Privilege change in a Test Pod by generating one of the above Email Notifications and confirm if it resolves the error.

Question are:

  • How can we view or capture our Test Email Notifications without enabling all Emails to go out from the Test Pod ?
