  1. Is it possible to create a custom location in Fusion Cloud UCM to upload, store and extract files from external sources?
  2. Is there a REST API to upload and extract files from UCM?
  3. Is bulk upload of attachments possible into UCM?
  4. If upload is feasible any security or data retention restrictions, any specific file format restriction ?  
  5. What is the upload limit ?
