"Data Export to file" option in FCCS is not generating YTD values

Summary:

We have created Target application with application Type of "Data Export to File" in order to extract data from FCCS application and then selected "FCCS_YTD" against view dimension of data load rule filter. However, Output file has only "Periodic" under view column and only provides periodic values. We would like to see YTD values.
