Data Integration Inbox Folders

Summary:

We are currently transitioning our users from data management to data integration. We are noticing not all inbox folders created in DM are available in data integration. Has anyone seen this before? I don't see anywhere that security is applied to the folders - but does anyone know if there is specific security applicable to each inbox folder?

I even tried to create a new folder for the business and they still cannot see it.
