Facility Parameter NONCUBED_PRINT_SHPLBL_AT_CLOSE

Summary:

When the facility parameter "NONCUBED_PRINT_SHPLBL_AT_CLOSE" is set to YES the shipping label is being printed for OBLPN closed at Packed status - which is expected - but it is also printing for OBLPN in "Picked" status, meaning the LPN will be changed by the repack process.

Is it the expected behavior?
