Looking for the best way to proceed to bring in data with many collections of data within it

Hi. I am extremely new to OIC and just stumbled across this forum. Any guidance on how to proceed would be immensely appreciated. Also i apologize if i don't have all the terminology quite right.

I have a very complex integration that is bringing data via the OTM Logistics Adapter which has about 6-7 collections within it that we have to capture/map to our on-prem database.

In our current world, our on-prem database procedure does this using an object type parameter. In the new to-be cloud world, we initially tried calling the original (on-prem) procedure via DB Adapter but OIC did not like the object type parameter, so we had to scratch that option.
