Can we enable audit for the time entered by Web Clock

Summary:

We have a requirement that when an employee has done the punch in through Web Clock post that he/she needs to change the time by "Request Time Change" and the same has been approved. We need the table to create an audit report which stores the previous time entry and new time entry.
