Is there any REST API to update Pivot table member filters

We know there is rest API available to update the measure data in the pivot tables.

But we want to update the pivot table member filters (ex. Item and Organization) dynamically based on inputs from legacy system. And Then update the measure values. Is there any way to achieve this?
