cycle count by item category

Summary:

Hi

we have a scenario where in we need to do Cycle Count based on Category. We have multiple categories and each category has multiple items. So we want to cycle count based on category. We will create cycle count with few categories and then do the counting. We will again create cycle count for other categories and so on.

When we try with the category, all the items of that category are not coming in cycle count. Could you please guide us what is the setup required so that each and every item of category appears.

All the items are already cycle count enabled. May be it is to do with Frequency and/or Counts Per Year. If anything else please suggest.
