Problem Description

Set-ups -

Manage Journal Reversal Criteria Sets >>Convex Auto Reversal Criteria >> 3 categories are set-up to be reversed on first day of next non-adjusting period with switch Dr and Cr and auto-post the same.

Functionalities -

System will trigger process "AutoReverse Journals" automatically to reverse entries with above categories as and when next period will be opened in the system.

We understand the above standard Oracle functionality, however, in our case business case is different which is explained below:

Business Case -

1. Earlier period (July-2023) is yet to close in system - it generally takes 7-8 days to close (i.e. 7-8 August 2023)
