Unable to upload charge references using the Landed Cost ADFDI

We are unable to upload charge references using Landed Cost ADFDI. Have you used this functionality before?

I'm facing two issues:

1- The ADFDI upload for Landed Cost charge references gives the error below when I click on Upload.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 17, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as6_01, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

2- We add a new line in the trade operation charge references but the triangle (in the column of "Changed") doesn't come up . Anyway, we click on upload. It happens nothing, there is no message.
