How to configure the notification for Journal Request Process

Oracle OneERP --> General --> Journal. A notification e-mail is currently automatically sent to journal requestors' individual e-mail addresses. Can we change the configuration to include a generic mailbox on CC for these notification e-mails?

The reason for this request is because we are embarking on an initiative to automate the journal request process. One of the step in the process flow is for Power Automate to receive notification from Oracle once the journal has been approved and posted. Hence, we want this Oracle notification to flow to a generic mailbox for it to trigger Power Automate. Thank you
