Will replenishment planning consider Transfer order as scheduled Receipts for PAB calculation

We have transfer order(not shipped) as incoming supplies in Replenishment plan, this TO is with future due date. In current bucket we are seeing Replen plan is not considering this as scheduled receipts and recommending a planned order.

so trying to understand if Replenishment plan considers Transfer order as scheduled Receipts to calculate PAB or not.

In Doc ID 2593581.1 we see oracle mentions that - Scheduled receipts =Sum of (work orders, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, intransit shipment, intransit receipt and PO in receiving) on the ORIGINAL date.
