Summary:

We are exploring "shipment timeline" which is a new feature in the workbench. We have added the Shipment Timeline component type to our workbench.

All tracking events associated with related shipments are appearing in the "Shipment Timeline" pane when accessed from the Admin role.

But when we switch to a custom role, tracking events do not appear. Any additional setup is needed?
