How to create deep links with parameters for supplier qualification module

Summary:

As a business requirement, we should create custom Overview page in supplier qualification module. we built a analysis on the new page and when we click on result of analysis it should point to you standard page(here we are trying to link to manage initiatives page) which should bring the appropriate results on the search page of standard page

Content (required):

We want to add parameters to the URL so that it will work according on the search page criteria of the Manage Initiatives. For example, if we have created analysis based on the Initiatives status which is represented in the Bar chart(where each bar represents initiative status i.e. Draft, pending, In-progress,,) When we click on draft bar, it should open Standard Manage Initiative page with search criteria as status=draft and it should fetch the result according based on search criteria. In order to achieve this i need to define the parameters in the Deep link URL . Please guide me
