How to disable Approve Reject from workflow bell icon notification?

Proposed Email template & resignation approval process to People Leader:

1. We are requesting to remove the ‘Approve or Reject’ button from the current resignation email template.

2. The resignation approval email should advise PL to approve or reject in HCM by reviewing and updating rehire details and the email template should also contain HCM deep link where PL can see employee’s resignation details and approve only in HCM and not in Email.

3. Make the ‘Recommended for Rehire’ field as mandatory in HCM.

4. Kindly remove ‘Approve or Reject’ button under HCM Bell icon as well (Attached screenshot)

5. Kindly remove ‘Action dropdown, Approve or Reject’ button from approval flow in HCM (Attached screenshot
