PBCS Account Structure Issue

Summary: In PBCS there is an account: OFS_Short Term Borrowing - Calc to Balance. This account includes prior period retained earnings. Why does this account sit outside of equity? To get my balance sheet to work I have to add OFS_Total Liabilities OFS_Total Equity + OFS_Short Term Borrowing - Calc to Balance
