PO attachment not shown via custom data source

HI Team,


Initial issue was:

We are running PO BIP report where we added a new custom data set in the data model that uses the Oracle Content Server data source URL (FA_UCM_PROVISIONED), for one user she was getting below error: for other user it works well.


''No such data source found in the data source config: or you dont have access permission.

could not get data source connection for: FA_UCM_PROVISIONED'

We even defined content administrator custom role and assigned to problematic user, but still no luck.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
