Redwood- HR helpdesk - Hide the Product Group field using VB Studio

Hi All,

I am trying to hide the 'Product Group' field in the Create Request page of Help Desk Request.

When I edit the page in VB Studio I am unable to see the field to hide.

Has anyone else come across this issue before when trying to hide a field in HR Helpdesk?
