Is it possible to use spreadsheet loader for mass hiring employees?

Summary:

Our requirement is to create a spreadsheet loader template for hire an employee action. However, there is no SSID that can be use only person ID and person number. They are both auto-generated in our system, would it be possible to put a unique value on those two attributes?
